We ship worldwide from our ISO-certified factory in China via DHL, FedEx, and sea freight partners.  
- Express Shipping: 3-5  work days (air)  
- Standard Shipping: 10-15  work days (air)  
- Bulk Sea Freight: 25-40 work days (FOB/CIF terms available)

2. Order Processing
- Stock Items: Shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation.  
- Custom Orders: Production + shipping timeline provided in your proforma invoice.  
- Tracking: Auto-sent via email at dispatch (portal access for enterprise clients).  

3. Shipping Costs  
- Samples: Free express shipping for qualified B2B buyers (min. future order value applies).  
- Bulk Orders: Calculated by weight/volume with preferred carrier discounts passed to you.  

4. Customs & Import
- Documents Provided: Commercial invoice, packing list, COO, and HS codes (8504.50.00).  
- Taxes/Duties: Buyer’s responsibility (contact us for DDP terms).   

5. Damage/Loss Protocol 
- Claims Must: Be filed within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.  
- Our Guarantee: Free replacement or refund for verified logistics damage.  

6. Sustainability  
- Packaging: Recyclable anti-static bags + minimal plastic use.  
- Carbon Offset: Available upon request for sea freight shipments.
