Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory: a 2,000 m² plant with 100+ employees and 30+ automated cutting, stripping and soldering machines, producing 20,000+ pieces a day. Every order is produced, tested and packed in-house — factory audits welcome.

Our lines cover high quality guitar cables and guitar patch cables (1/4" 6.35mm), XLR microphone cables (3-pin, male to female), balanced TRS cables, XLR↔TRS/TS converters, 3.5mm (1/8") cables, RCA interconnects (RCA to RCA), USB-C audio cables, DMX signal cables, XLR snake cables, 4-channel XLR breakout boxes and USB audio interfaces — plus custom-length and OEM/ODM builds for your brand.
Do you only sell in bulk, or can I buy a single cable?
We run wholesale and OEM/ODM programs for brands, shops, distributors and integrators. Sample orders are available on request for quality testing — just tell us your target volume and we'll recommend the right program.
What is OEM/ODM, and can you make custom cables for my brand?
Yes — OEM/ODM is our core business. We customize cable length, conductor, jacket color and material (braided, PVC, etc.), connectors, logos, packaging and labeling to your brand. Send your spec sheet or sample, and our engineers will develop it.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples for standard products ship quickly, and custom samples are usually ready within 3–5 working days after spec confirmation — so you can verify quality before committing to bulk.
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
MOQ depends on product and customization level. Standard items have flexible MOQs; for custom OEM/ODM orders, contact our sales team for an exact quote based on your specification.
How long does it take to produce a bulk order?
Production time depends on quantity and specification. Thanks to our automated lines, most standard orders are completed quickly, and we confirm an exact schedule when you place your order.
What makes NOSYA cables high quality?
Three things: automated robotic soldering for consistent joints; high-purity OFC conductors with high-density braided shielding against EMI/RFI; and strict QC on every cable before shipping. From guitar cables and XLR microphone cables to RCA interconnects, every cable gets the same standard of care.
What is the difference between balanced and unbalanced cables?
Balanced cables (XLR and TRS) use three conductors, reject interference and suit long runs and professional audio. Unbalanced cables (TS and RCA) are simpler and fine for short connections. Our engineers can help you choose.
How do I know which cable I need?
Check your device ports: XLR for professional microphones and mixers, 6.35mm (1/4") for guitars and instruments, RCA for consumer audio, USB-C for phones and laptops. Not sure? Send us photos and we'll recommend the right cable.
Are your cables tested before shipping?
Yes. Every batch passes wiring, continuity and solder-joint checks, and QC tests representative units under real working conditions before packaging. Test reports and certificates are available on request.
What warranty and after-sales service do you offer?
We provide a 1-year warranty and responsive 24-hour after-sales support. If a cable fails under normal use within warranty, we will replace it or resolve the issue promptly.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide — about 80% of our international clients are in Europe, with customers in South America, North America and Southeast Asia. We ship via express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and sea freight for bulk orders.
How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take?
Shipping cost depends on destination, weight and method, and is quoted with your order. Express to most countries takes 3–7 business days; sea freight is more economical for large orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
For wholesale and OEM/ODM orders we commonly accept T/T bank transfer; website orders accept major online payment methods at checkout. Other terms can be discussed with our sales team.
What if my cable arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within the warranty period with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible — ideally within 24 hours of first contact.
